KP LABS INC catalog and website are intended for wholesale customers who are 21 years of age or older.
All customers are required to provide a tax/resale identification number prior to their first order. Thank you!

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping charges are additional unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. An authorized representative must be available to receive deliveries, and the delivery location must be accessible for the shipment. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements. We may decline delivery to residential addresses.

8. Returns and Exchanges

All returns require prior approval from KP LABS INC and a valid return authorization number. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and received within 30 days after authorization.

Restocking fees, generally ranging from 15% to 25%, may apply. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise in writing. Custom, special-order, or otherwise designated non-returnable items are generally not eligible for return.

Return eligibility may vary by product category or supplier. Any product-specific terms will be provided with the order confirmation.
